Zapaka Vintage Fashion

When it comes to fashion, especially Vintage inspired fashion, I go nuts! I love sharing brands that I enjoy with all of you!

Today I am showing two dresses that I picked out in collaboration with the brand named Zapaka. After going over their website I realized they have a lot of options both with vintage and modern pieces! Which is a good thing for those who may not be ready to go all out in nostalgia or perhaps would only like a hint of it in their everyday attire?

1950’S Solid Red Dress

When I decided on this dress I really wanted something versatile. We are going into the fall and winter season, here in the States, and I knew a beautiful red hue would see a lot more action. It falls just below the knee which is helpful for short women like me. The inner bust is lined allowing the wearer to choose whether or not they want to don under pinning’s.

I love the sweetheart neckline and cap sleeves. It is very 1950’s nostalgic and comfortable to wear. I paired this dress with black vintage gloves and a hair scarf to amp it up.  The Solid Red Dress is available in sizes XS-3XL and is made from 95% cotton and 5% spandex.

Green Lace Dress

Who doesn’t love lace? The first opinion that I heard was that this dress would be perfect in a wedding, as a Brides Maid gown, or worn to a Wedding in celebration.  It goes to show that this particular dress has a more modern flair but for those who love their Vintage inspirations specific pieces can be added to bring the nostalgia out.

The lace covers the arms and entire length of the gown and is also lined from the bust to the knee with matching green fabric. I love the subtle V-Neck as it gives just a hint of sexiness without being over bearing. It is a bit long and I will have it hemmed an inch or two in the near future.

My stylist chose a beautiful belt, shoes, and gloves to complete the Vintage ensemble. For those who prefer a modern look this dress can be worn alone with jewelry or add a shiny belt for fun flair. The Green Lace Dress is available in sizes XS-3XL and is made from Cotton, Spandex, and Polyester.
